The Théâtre Antique de Carthage sits on a hillside above the Gulf of Tunis, a UNESCO-listed archaeological site roughly 20 kilometres north-east of central Tunis. The venue holds around 7,500 on stone tiers that date back two millennia, and has hosted the festival every summer since 1964. It is straightforward to reach by the TGM light-rail line from Tunis-Marine station.
Tickets are listed at 40 TND and are on sale via teskerti.tn. The festival runs through July and August, drawing on a programme that typically spans Arab orchestras, international pop acts, world music, theatre and dance.
