Mariza, Portugal's leading fado singer, performs at the Amphithéâtre du Centre Culturel International de Hammamet on Saturday 1 August, one of 32 concerts and shows scheduled across the 60th edition of the Festival International de Hammamet.

The 2026 festival, running from 11 July to 13 August under the slogan Endless Memories, brings artists from 12 countries — Tunisia, Lebanon, Palestine, the US, Mali, Spain, Portugal, Cuba, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria and Italy — to Hammamet's neo-classical open-air theatre.

Mariza's set falls between Salif Keïta (Mali, 31 July) and Mario Biondi (Italy, 2 August), placing her at the heart of the festival's international week. The programme for her concert has not been announced; fado audiences can expect material drawn from her recorded catalogue spanning two decades.

Start time has not been listed by the organisers. Ticket price for the Mariza date had not been published on the festival's website at the time of writing — other concerts in the 2026 programme are priced between 25 TND and 100 TND. Tickets are on sale online, with virtual waiting lists in place for high-demand dates.

Tickets and further information are available at the festival's official site: festivaldehammamet.com.
