Saber Rebaï opens the 60th Festival International de Carthage
Tunisian singer Saber Rebaï inaugurates the landmark 60th edition of the Festival International de Carthage at the Roman theatre on Thursday 16 July at 22:00, with tickets available exclusively online through Teskerti.
Saber Rebaï takes the stage at the Théâtre Antique de Carthage on Thursday 16 July at 22:00 to open the 60th edition of the Festival International de Carthage — the oldest and largest performing-arts festival in Tunisia, running this year from 16 July to 19 August 2026.
Rebaï has performed at Carthage on multiple previous occasions, each time to a sold-out house. No advance setlist has been published for the opening night, but his catalogue spans four decades of Tunisian and Arabic popular music, from early romantic ballads to later orchestral productions, and his Carthage concerts have historically drawn on that full range.
The venue is the Roman theatre of Carthage, a second-century open-air amphitheatre built into the hillside of Byrsa, seating several thousand. Doors and ticket scanning follow the 22:00 start; the show is listed at approximately two hours.
Tickets are priced at 100 TND for gradins (tiered stone seating) and 150 TND for chaises (reserved chairs closer to the stage). This anniversary edition is the first in which the festival sells tickets exclusively online. Book at teskerti.tn via Teskerti, the official state-accredited platform.
